Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancellation occurs 7 days before the program start date
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs 3-6 days before the program start date
• No refund if cancellation occurs less than 3 days before the program start date
• Refunds for technical issues or unsatisfactory service will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

All users must adhere to our code of conduct when participating in our programs:

• Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect and professionalism
• Engage constructively in discussions and activities
• Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements
• Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behavior

Violation of these conduct standards may result in removal from programs without refund.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy
• Provisions regarding intellectual property and liability will survive termination

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through:

• First, good faith negotiations between the parties
• If negotiations fail, binding arbitration in Tamale, Ghana
• Arbitration shall be conducted in English language
• Each party shall bear their own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator
